Shipping, Local Delivery & Returns
SHIPPING POLICY
All custom design products up to 5 items will be shipped within 1-2 weeks from the day of placed order. 6-10 custom design items ordered will be shipped within 2-3 weeks. 11+ custom design items shipping will need to be discussed at the time of consultation/booking. Standard shipping cost will be based on location and disclosed at the time of placing your order.
DELIVERY POLICY
Local delivery service is available. If you are within a 20 mile radius from our location, we are able to deliver your product(s). There will be a $5 DELIVERY CHARGE.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Due to products sold being custom designed, ALL SALES ARE FINAL! No exchanges are available on custom designed products. If there is an error made by Signatures by Suni, we will be happy to correct it.
There is a 3 DAY correction period that is available on all custom products. During the first 3 days from receipt of your product, if you notice anything that needs to be corrected, please contact us ASAP so that we may correct it at no additional cost to you. All products are video recorded and filmed for Quality Control Purposes. In the event repair is needed to your product, it will be compared to the media that we have on file to ensure all steps and procedures are taken properly to ensure we handle the repair in a proper manner.
